MPL Enterprises Ltd, a Public Limited Company having its Registered Office at Syndicate House, Manipal, Karnataka was incorporated in the year 1990 (Formerly MPL Finance and Leasing Company Ltd) has completed 30 years of its existence. This Company belongs to the Pai Group of Manipal who are well known for their contribution in the field of Banking, Education, Printing & Publishing, Health care, Hospitality, and other service Industries over past 6 decades.

The Board of Directors of the Company comprises of well-known personalities like Sri T Satish U Pai, Industrialist, Mr P Vaman Mallya, retired banker and Dr Ravindranath Shanbhogue, having expertise in capital market operations.

The Company is originally incorporated as MPL Finance and Leasing Company Ltd., However, during the year 1999, consequent to the passing of the scheme of Arrangement between MPL Finance and Leasing Co. Ltd, and ICDS Ltd, by Hon’ble High Court of Karnataka, property business of ICDS Ltd, was vested with the Company and thereupon the name of the Company was changed to MPL Enterprises Ltd.

Company is presently focusing on Revenue Generation by letting out of Properties in various Locations. The Company is reasonably established itself in the existing business and looking for new areas of Business for generating additional Revenue.

As stated above, the company has started share broking business also recently by registering as Authorised Person of BSE & NSE to deal in Capital Market, Future and Options, Currency Derivatives and Commodity Derivatives segment through M/s. Way2Way Brokers Private Limited, Bangalore, a Trading Member of BSE and NSE.

The Company owns business premises in various locations like Bangalore, Secunderabad, Coimbatore, Mangalore and has required infrastructure & trained manpower in all the above areas to undertake any business activity. The present Authorised Capital of the Company is Rs.2,84,03,000/- Comprising of 28,40,030 Equity Shares of the face value Rs.10/- each. The Company is looking for the opportunity to invest in any lucrative business proposition.
