1. Sri Tonse Satish Upendra Pai,

Chairman

born on 26th November, 1941. He is an Industrialist having vast experience in the fields of Administration, Management, Printing and Education. He joined Manipal Press Limited in the year 1957. Due to his vision, business acumen and hard work Manipal Press Ltd. today is one of the leading printing presses in the country and the largest private security printer in the country. It has won several awards for excellence in printing. He is also the Managing Director of Manipal Media Network Limited – the proprietors of five leading publications viz. Udayavani the National Kannada daily, Tushara, Roopatara, Taranga and Tunturu all leaders in their own segment. Today, in the organization, Mr. Satish Pai has successfully achieved a combined, balanced uitlisation of both human resources and machinery.

2. Mr P Vaman Mallya

Director

born on 31st August, 1948. He was Retd. Divisional Manager of Syndicate Bank. He has vast experience of over 25 years in the areas like finance, credit management and general administration.

3. Dr Ravindranath Shanbhogue

Director

Born on 13th January, 1950 was a professor of pharmacology at Manipal University for the 30 years. Apart from being a doctorate in Pharmacology he is graduate in Law too. During 2008-2010 he was Dean at Shoolini University, Himachal Pradesh. During 2010-2014 Director of K V Virani Institute of Pharma Research at Amreli, Gujrat.  
He has been a Consumer, Environmental  and Human Right activist for the last four decades.
